Lung 2, Kempo 4, & 19 + Temple Motions
Greetings, So I know Kempo 1-3, Stick 1-3, 18 Temple Motions & Lung 1, but stumbling onto this site I now see a Kempo 4, and have heard there are other forms as well. I will try to learn Hung 1-3 & thanks those of you who put them up, but could someone put an example of Kempo 4 (done slowly) up as well? Thanks.

Hello Chris, Welcome to the forum. I am unclear here. Please clarify a few things for me. Do you train in Moh Kempo now? Did you learn these forms from a ‘real time’ teacher of Moh? It is possible to learn from the vids that were linked here. But that wasn’t actually the intentions of those who posted them. They were more along the line of comparisons with other seasoned practitioners. But hey…if you can learn and you’re going to do this…Best of Luck! Regards, MrE2Me2

I went to TKF in Vancouver (Simms & Wilkinson) from 96 - 97, then trained at Kungfu Canada (Ed O'Brian) in Victoria and then back at TKF from 99 - 2002 (Wilkinson & Sigfuson). I have trained in a number of arts (Hapkeedo in Korea, Wu Tai Chi, & Kickboxing), but still practice the forms and drills from TKF because I think there really is something valuable in them. Learning a new form makes me go back and take another look at the other forms as well. The Kempo I learned at TKF was different from Kungfu Canada and different again from what I see online, but they are all somehow the same. I do not have time to go to formal classes these days, but I will try to learn Hung 2 & 3 from the videos. I still hope to see Lung 2 and a slower version of Kempo 4. Thanks for the welcome, -Chris

I know of an off-shoot of Kungfu Canada downtown (Victoria) and heard that Ed O'Brian moved up the island. I have also heard that Sheargold left Alberta and was intending to work with O'Brian, but that was just a rumour. If you know of any others then please let me know. I will be moving to Abbotsford in August. Thanks, Chris
