I don't think he is moderating, or I don't think he is the actual admin only someone pretending they are. If you could point out some recent moderating that has been done maybe I would believe it was real.

I don't read that site anymore so I can't comment about it now, but when I posted originally in September it was after someone announced that they were going to start moderating again...

Think the issue was that the mod had abandoned it. I suspect they would have sent a warning to him and when he didn't respond and had not signed onto the forum in so long they wiped it.
But still I wonder what took so long, like you said.
